Qualifications:

Experience as a Sterile Processing Tech (SPT), either certified or non-certified Strong understanding of sterilization techniques, infection control, and equipment handling Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and organizational protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
