Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Embark on a rewarding travel opportunity in scenic Cordova, SC, where the blend of southern hospitality and exciting local attractions offers memorable experiences at every turn. This region is recognized for its natural beauty, rich history, and community pride—explore charming towns, nature trails, and unique eateries during your down time, making this assignment as enjoyable outside the facility as it is professionally enriching. This travel role offers the chance to broaden your expertise as a CT Technologist working within a Level III Trauma, Acute Care Hospital. Expand your skill set by engaging with a diverse patient population—from infants to geriatrics—across inpatient, ER, and scheduled interventional cases. Learn from seasoned leaders, adapt to advanced protocols, and experience firsthand the fast-paced innovation of a major healthcare facility, adding valuable experience to your resume.
Schedule/Hours:
Night shifts: 3x12s, Friday through Sunday, 6:00 pm - 6:30 am On-call rotation (Monday to Thursday among technologists) Guaranteed hours with facility discretion to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in CT preferred (first-time travelers accepted) Graduate of accredited radiologic technology program or student clinical rotation with ARRT certification by end of rotation BLS (AHA), ARRT (CT), SCRQSA (CT) required South Carolina licensure (pending accepted; must be active at start) Able to start IVs, perform contrast injections, biopsies, and use PACS system Agency-provided radiation badge required
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality CT examinations following established protocols Provide care for a diverse patient base, including all ages and acuity levels Support emergency and scheduled interventional procedures Ensure accurate record-keeping and participate in on-call rotation
