Qualifications & Desired Experience:

ARRT (CT) Certification preferred or eligible Demonstrated proficiency in computed tomography and radiology imaging techniques Skilled in IV and oral contrast administration Familiarity with radiation protection standards Proficient in sterile technique and venous puncture Strong communication and patient care abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Perform computed tomography studies according to established protocols; adapt exams based on patient history and radiologist guidance Administer IV and oral contrast safely, monitoring patients' physical and mental condition throughout procedures Practice effective radiation protection, utilizing shielding and collimation Assist with sterile procedures, vital sign monitoring, and collection of clinical history Document all pertinent data promptly and accurately Recognize allergic reactions or urgent medical situations, providing immediate assistance to the radiologist
