Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Step into a vital role as a CT Imaging professional, where your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality diagnostic care. This contract opportunity is designed for someone passionate about both patient well-being and the latest imaging technology.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from an accredited body (ARRT or equivalent) Valid, unencumbered state licensure as required for imaging professionals Demonstrated proficiency with CT imaging equipment and protocols Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and scanning techniques Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a hospital or acute care imaging department preferred
Role Responsibilities:
Perform CT imaging procedures safely and accurately, adhering to physician orders and facility protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging exams while ensuring comfort and safety Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff for optimal diagnostic outcomes Maintain detailed and accurate records of imaging procedures and patient data Regularly inspect and calibrate CT equipment, reporting any technical issues Follow all radiation safety guidelines and infection control standards Provide compassionate care and clear instructions to patients undergoing procedures Competitive benefits and a supportive work environment await you in this contract position.
