Days:

4x10-hour shifts (details discussed in interview) 36 hours guaranteed weekly Weekend hours: discussed during interview No call required

Role Responsibilities:

Perform advanced CT imaging exams, primarily on Seimans 128 slice scanners Operate imaging equipment and position/immobilize patients as necessary Obtain and correlate clinical data and patient history for each exam Apply and uphold radiation protection best practices Evaluate images for quality and perform post-processing Maintain IV skills and assist with orders for exams and procedures Recognize emergencies and initiate life support as needed Ensure compassionate, courteous patient care at all times Support and assist physicians and nursing units in exam coordination

Qualifications/Experience:

ARRT certification required Minimum 1+ year experience with Seimans 128 slice scanners CT registry preferred Strong skills in patient advocacy and communication Black scrubs required during shifts Must comply with required vaccinations (flu shot November 1 - April 1, exemptions subject to approval)
