This position centers on performing high-quality CT imaging and general radiographic examinations, focusing on safety, patient care, and adherence to professional standards. You'll operate independently in a busy CT department, utilizingGE CT580W
Wide Bore 16-slice and Optima 64-slice scanners, serving a diverse patient population, and supporting positive patient experiences throughout the diagnostic process.Key Qualifications:
ARRT (R) registration required Current BLS Certification Ohio Department of Health Radiologic Technologist license At least 2 years' CT experience (GE CT systems proficiency required) Ability to start IVs Demonstrated capacity to work independently Strong teamwork and communication skills Previous ARRT (CT) registration and ACLS preferredResponsibilities:
Perform CT procedures and intravenous contrast injections, ensuring patient and personal safety Prepare and maintain equipment and scanning environment Handle clerical and documentation tasks for accurate patient records Maintain and document quality control and equipment maintenance Educate patients and families on procedures Uphold departmental schedule, policies, and standards of care Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with student or trainee development Consistently deliver compassionate, respectful patient careBenefits & Travel Perks:
