Job Description
Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Discover the charm of eastern Nebraska while expanding your skills as a CT technologist. North Bend offers a welcoming small-town atmosphere, proximity to the Platte River, and easy access to scenic parks, historic sites, and outdoor adventures. As you enjoy your days off exploring this unique region, you'll also grow professionally with exposure to varied imaging protocols and leadership approaches in a dynamic hospital environment. This 13-week travel assignment offers you the chance to collaborate with an experienced radiology team, utilizing the latest in Siemens, Carestream, and Philips technology. Gain familiarity with evolving electronic systems—including an upcoming transition to Merge PACS—as you enhance your clinical knowledge and contribute meaningfully to patient care with a variety of imaging modalities. Hours:
5x8 hour day shifts, typically 0730-1700/1800 Options for 4x9 or 4x10 shifts may be discussed One weekend per month; call required at least once weekly and one weekend monthly (30-minute response required)Desired Qualifications:
Current ARRT (R)(CT) credential; BLS certification required Strong IV starting skills Experience with Siemens CT, Carestream DRX, and Epic EMR a plus Willingness to float to Radiology, CT, and Non-Invasive areas as needed Ability to assist with scheduling and registration; comfort with a range of imaging studies (e.g., angio CT, ortho, and body scans) Adherence to strict hygiene (artificial nails not permitted) Must be outside a 50-mile radius and not employed in any capacity by facilities associated withCommonSpirit Key Responsibilities:
Perform all duties related to CT imaging, including Angio CT, body, ortho, and contrast studies Start IVs on outpatient cases; ED handles all emergency patients Assist with non-invasive studies and administrative tasks as neededBenefits & Travel Perks:
