Schedule/Hours:
Travel contract—specific shifts and hours provided upon assignment confirmation
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible to practice in Virginia Minimum of 1-2 years recent CVOR experience in an acute care or hospital setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong understanding of CVOR protocols, sterile technique, and patient safety Adaptability and a commitment to excellence in every case
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, attentive care to cardiovascular surgical patients throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor and document patient status, promptly responding to changes Support a patient- and family-centered environment
