Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists in a fast-paced CVOR Maintain strict adherence to sterile protocols and safety standards Monitor patient status and manage any emergent situations with calm, critical thinking Document all procedures and communications according to hospital and regulatory guidelines
Desired Qualifications:
Current RN license (state licensure eligible) At least one year of recent CVOR experience required BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Strong team orientation and communication skills Ability to adapt to new environments and technology efficiently
