Desired Experience:

Current, active RN license 2+ years of recent experience in CVOR nursing Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications Strong scrub and circulating skills within the cardiovascular OR Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Willingness to adapt to new settings and protocols

Responsibilities:

Circulate and scrub in all CVOR procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocol Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team to deliver optimal patient outcomes Monitor patient condition throughout surgical processes Maintain precise documentation and accurate records Prepare and organize surgical instruments and equipment Uphold infection control and sterile field standards
