You'll enjoy the opportunity to collaborate within a Level 1 trauma center, expanding your resume and expertise with diverse cardiovascular cases and adopting the latest workplace best practices. Each assignment promises meaningful professional development, with exposure to a variety of leadership and teamwork approaches.
Schedule/Hours:
8, 10, or 12-hour shifts between 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM 40 hours per week Must be available for scheduled weekend rotations and on-call duties (approx. 1 weekend/month) Will occasionally work and take call on holidaysOrientation:
Monday-Tuesday for new staffQualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience in a Level 1 trauma center Previous circulating experience required Strong, recent cardiac surgery scrub experience Valid CST License and BLS certification Willingness to float as needed (Bell OR, Cambridge OR, SPD) Commitment to a nicotine-free environmentKey Responsibilities:
Assist with complex cardiovascular procedures Work cohesively with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams Circulate and scrub in high-acuity cases Uphold exceptional infection control and safety standards Participate in rotating call and holiday coverageBenefits & Perks:
