Job Description
Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Travel Experience the vibrant city of Olathe, KS, where a thriving suburban lifestyle meets historic charm and proximity to Kansas City's energetic scene. As a Cardiac Sonographer in this advanced imaging department, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of cardiac procedures in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care environments. Working with cutting-edge technology such as the GE Vivid E95 and Philips CVX, you'll collaborate with a range of skilled clinicians and experience diverse workplace practices. This role gives you the chance to build your expertise, enhance your resume, and observe different leadership styles within a dynamic healthcare team.
Schedule:
8-hour day shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm One night on-call per week No weekends or holiday shifts requiredQualifications:
Minimum 4 years of clinical experience as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer At least 4,000 independently performed echocardiograms RCS-CCI orRDCS-ARDMS
certification BLS certification requiredPreferred:
Graduate of an accredited program in cardiac ultrasound/echocardiography or relevant health science field IV and UEA contrast administration training/certification preferred Neonatal echo experience a plus (not required)Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality echocardiograms (resting, stress, TEE) Support patient care in OR, cath lab, and EP lab settings Collaborate with clinical teams to interpret and communicate diagnostic results Maintain accurate records using theEPIC EMR
