Full Job Description About Us:

At TG Event Rental, we help our clients bring their special occasions to life—from beautiful weddings and backyard graduations to major corporate functions. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and energetic Seasonal Crew Members to join our team for the upcoming busy event season!

Position Overview:

As a Seasonal Crew Member, you will be at the heart of our operations. This dynamic role splits time between our warehouse and various event sites. You will be responsible for preparing order inventory, safely loading/unloading trucks, delivering equipment, and setting up professional event structures (like frame tents). When not on the road, you will help maintain our rental inventory so it's ready for the next big spotlight.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pull, stage, and check event rental products (tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, etc.) from the warehouse based on order pull sheets.

Tent Setup & Take Down:

Assist in the professional installation and dismantling of commercial frame tents, ensuring they are securely anchored and safe for public use.

Delivery & Logistics:

Safely load rental equipment onto delivery vehicles, transport items to event venues, and unload them according to the client's or supervisor's layout instructions.

Equipment Maintenance:

Wash, clean, sanitize, and repair rental equipment upon return. Organize inventory in the warehouse to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Customer Service:

Act as a professional representative of TG Event Rental while interacting with clients, venue managers, and coordinators on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Physical Stamina:

Must be able to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the day. Ability to work on your feet, bend, kneel, and perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).

Communication:

Must be able to read and speak English fluently to accurately follow order sheets, safety protocols, and instruction manuals.

Schedule Flexibility:

Ability to work flexible seasonal hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends depending on the event schedule.

License:

A valid Driver's License is a major plus (and required if operating company delivery vehicles). Clean driving record preferred.

Team Player:

A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment.
