Schedule/Hours:

1830-0700 (evenings/nights) Every other weekend Every other holiday

Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt, efficient, and high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Room Triage patients and manage acute, chronic, and traumatic conditions Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as needed Communicate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and their families on next steps and discharge instructions Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses with accuracy

Qualifications:

Active RN license, valid in Iowa (or compact state eligibility) 1+ year of emergency room nursing experience (preferred) Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, unpredictable situations
