Schedule/Hours:

Night shifts: 3x12 hours per week 2 On-call shifts weekly Holidays and on-call required

Qualifications:

Active RN license with Emergency Room experience Prior Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience preferred Valid certifications:

ACLS, PALS

(or equivalent), TNCC, ATLS; CEN preferred Strong critical thinking and patient assessment abilities Adaptable, with excellent collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient care in the Emergency Department from admission to discharge Implement clinical pathways to improve patient outcomes Utilize emergency nursing standards, protocols, and best practices Work closely with healthcare teams to coordinate and deliver acute care
