Key Qualifications:

ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Technologist required Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting Familiarity with laboratory instruments, quality control, and analyzers Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
