Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid in North Carolina or compact states Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room nursing experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong triage and crisis management skills Experience with EHR systems preferred Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality emergency care for a broad patient population Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on clinical presentation Administer medications, treatments, and interventions aligned with protocols Collaborate closely with physicians and ancillary staff in a fast-paced setting Provide patient and family education and support during critical situations Document all care and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
