Key Schedule Details:
Travel position with flexible assignment duration
Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible for practice in North Carolina Previous experience in psychiatric or behavioral health setting strongly preferred Current BLS certification Outstanding assessment, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to respond quickly and effectively to crisis situations
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs Assess and monitor patient status, document care plans, and administer medications as prescribed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care strategies Educate patients and families about treatment plans and coping strategies Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment in compliance with policy and regulatory standards
