Key Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure Familiarity with electronic medical records and hospital protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting to the ER Administer medications, start IVs, and manage emergency interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to create and execute individualized patient care plans Provide timely, accurate documentation of patient status and care Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and aftercare instructions Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and infection control protocols
