Travel ER Nurses Needed ASAP

Job description Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Travel ER Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nationwide team of healthcare professionals supporting emergency departments across the United States. As a Travel ER RN with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will bring your critical care expertise to diverse hospital settings, helping facilities deliver high-quality, timely, and compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting with a wide variety of acute and life-threatening conditions, perform rapid assessments, prioritize care using triage principles, and collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the emergency department, including initiating IV access, administering medications, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms, assisting with procedures, supporting airway and ventilator management, performing wound care, and responding promptly to codes and other emergencies. You will accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), follow evidence-based protocols and facility policies, and maintain strict adherence to infection prevention and safety standards. As a traveling clinician, you will adapt quickly to new teams, workflows, and community populations while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism, clinical judgment, and patient advocacy. Assignments typically range from 8 to 13 weeks, with the potential for extension based on facility needs and your performance. You may work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the facility and assignment.
