Job Description

In this sought-after Emergency Department environment, you'll collaborate with highly skilled professionals, gaining valuable insight into diverse clinical practices and innovative leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
PM shift 12-hour shifts (7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.) 36 hours per week Every other weekend and holiday required
Qualifications:
Active RN license with eligibility in Massachusetts Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Level 3/4 Emergency Department settings Prior proficiency with EPIC electronic health records Ability to independently read/interpret telemetry rhythm strips, identify heart blocks, and pass a Telemetry Test on the first day (score of 84% or higher) Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
Preferred:
Previous travel nursing assignments and critical care experience
Key Responsibilities:
Independently assess, triage, and provide outstanding care to patients with complex and emergent conditions Interpret telemetry strips and respond swiftly to cardiac changes Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced ED environment Document patient care and responses comprehensively using EPIC Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and professionalism in a dynamic healthcare setting
