Qualifications:

Current RN license (state or multistate compact) ICU or Cardiovascular experience strongly preferred Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to act decisively Strong attendance required due to strict 3-strike policy BLS and ACLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver expert care to complex cardiovascular patients, including post-op open heart and interventional procedures Monitor, assess, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team supporting optimal patient outcomes Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
