Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment Variable shifts as needed by the department
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op stages Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow clinicians to ensure safe, seamless procedures Accurately document care and patient responses using current electronic medical records systems Support efforts to maintain a sterile, safe, and organized OR Adhere strictly to attendance and punctuality standards, with a "three-strike" policy for lateness or absences
Qualifications:
Current state RN license Operating Room experience required Familiarity with a wide spectrum of surgical procedures preferred Strong team communicator and adaptable under pressure Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate patient care
