Schedule/Hours:
Travel contract assignment—local schedules and shifts discussed during interview.
Desired Skills & Requirements:
Current and valid RN license. Minimum of one year recent ICU experience. BLS and ACLS certifications (required). Exceptional clinical judgment and ability to function calmly under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new technological platforms and documentation systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct critical care to ICU patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of interventions. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and expectations. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
