Taking on an assignment here means you'll work in a dynamic acute care facility serving as a key provider for Northern New Mexico. This 47-bed setting offers valuable exposure to a variety of complex cases, state-of-the-art equipment, and innovative care models. As an RN in the ICU, you'll be supported by a diverse team of 300 healthcare professionals—perfect for exchanging insights and learning varied approaches to patient care and leadership. Embark on this assignment to elevate your clinical expertise while rounding out your resume with Big Sky country experience. Weekly orientation sessions ensure a smooth transition, and you'll enjoy the professional security that comes with active fingerprinting and compliance, tailored for New Mexico's unique standards.
Schedule/Hours:
Weekly orientation (Mondays) 14-day supervised waiver when starting (pending fingerprint results)
Qualifications:
Active RN license and ICU experience ALL required certifications in hand at application Willingness to complete New Mexico fingerprint/background check prior to start Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment Minimum travel distance of 60 miles required
