This travel role is tailored for experienced ICU Registered Nurses ready to thrive in a fast-paced CVCC expansion unit. Within this supportive and expert-driven setting, you'll work alongside a collaborative critical care team, gaining exposure to advanced workplace practices and leadership styles. Each day provides opportunities to build your resume and expand your skill set through hands-on experience with diverse patient populations and cutting-edge interventions.
Schedule/Hours:
16-week contracts Day/Night rotation, 36 hours per week Multiple upcoming start dates: 12/8, 12/22, and 1/5 No time off permitted on 12/24 or 12/25
Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license with ICU experience Proficient with arterial lines (required)
BLS & ACLS
certifications (AHA only) Strong background in critical care, including: Advanced hemodynamic and ICP monitoring (SICU/NCCU) Management of ventilated patients Pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medication administration Assisting with line insertion/maintenance for post-surgical patients Experience with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, EVD, and PA lines/waveform interpretation preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to complex cardiac and neurocritical patients Monitor and interpret hemodynamics, lines, drains, and vital parameters Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Uphold the highest standards of safety and compassionate patient care
