Qualifications:
Current and valid RN licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU/cardiac care settings. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Demonstrated critical thinking and sound clinical judgment. Strong adaptability and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive and attentive nursing care to cardiovascular and post-op patients. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including involvement in clinical trials and research protocols. Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Respond swiftly to subtle changes in patient status, demonstrating excellent critical care skills. Adhere strictly to facility attendance and punctuality standards.
