Base Pay:

$19.45/hour

Night Shift Premium:

+$2.00/hour Your Role As a Production Associate, you'll help manufacture and package plastic containers used in the horticulture industry. No experience is necessary—we provide full training. What you'll do: Operate and monitor production equipment safely Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Record production counts and basic data Package and label finished goods Maintain a clean and organized work environment What We're Looking For We're seeking reliable team members who are ready to learn and contribute.

Qualifications:
