Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license with ICU experience Proficiency in
EPIC EMR
systems Expertise in managing vents, bipap, airvo, bariatric and post-surgical patients Skilled with critical drips (propofol, levophed, diltiazem, insulin, heparin) Adaptable to varying patient ratios (1:2 or 1:3) Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to ICU and stepdown patients Safely administer complex medication infusions Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans Document accurately using
EPIC EMR
Respond effectively to emergencies and changing conditions Support general med-surg needs and provide guidance to colleagues as needed
