Schedule/Hours:
Rapid response assignment—candidates should be able to start within 7-10 days of offer acceptance Flexible NEO (New Employee Orientation) dates throughout the year
Qualifications:
Active RN license with ICU experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Willingness and ability to start promptly after acceptance Candidates must reside at least 60 miles outside Benton City to qualify
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality critical care in a diverse, fast-paced ICU setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a teaching environment Monitor, assess, and manage critically ill patients using evidence-based protocols Document and communicate patient changes, ensuring optimal care and outcomes
