Qualifications & Experience:
Current state RN license (or compact equivalent) in good standing Minimum of one year of recent NICU nursing experience BLS and NRP certifications required Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to adapt to new electronic health record systems and evidence-based care protocols
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized, evidence-based care to premature and critically ill newborns Conduct thorough patient assessments and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with neonatologists, families, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor and document interventions, progress, and outcomes accurately Educate and support families throughout their child's NICU stay
