Category Imaging - IR Tech Job Type Travel Explore the vibrant setting of Lodi, CA—where scenic vineyards, riverside trails, and cultural gems await you during your downtime. Working in this dynamic community offers the chance to expand your professional skill set while soaking in a picturesque locale known for its hospitality and rich history. This travel role provides an exceptional opportunity to advance your career as an Imaging IR Tech, particularly in a fast-paced Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology setting equipped with four state-of-the-art suites. Experience diverse leadership perspectives and innovative workplace practices as you collaborate daily with dedicated teams, including round-the-clock cardiologists, respiratory therapists, and in-house pharmacy staff. Grow your expertise by handling a robust caseload averaging 15-20 varied cases a day, including cutting-edge procedures utilizing the Merge Hemo system and equipment from Siemens/Philips. As an integral member of a STEMI receiving center, you'll deliver critical care to complex cardiac patients and build confidence managing STEMIs, impella, IABP, FFR, and more.
Schedule:
12-hour shifts On-call requirement: 30-minute response time No floating required 1-2 days of focused unit orientation
Responsibilities:
Assist in coronary, balloon pump, and impella procedures Support laser, rotablator, nitric oxide, IVUS, AngioJet interventions Manage critically ill patients in high-acuity scenarios Maintain clear and accurate documentation via Merge Hemo EMR Adhere to all procedural protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications:
ARRT certification with Fluoro required Previous experience in Cath Lab and IR environments Proficiency with peripheral and coronary circulation procedures Experience with coronary, balloon pumps, and impella Ability to complete required online modules prior to arrival (mandatory) Familiarity with Siemens/Philips equipment and Merge Hemo system is a plus
