Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, variable shifts (as scheduled by department)
Key Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification in Radiography State license in Radiologic Technology, if applicable At least 2 years of recent IR Tech experience preferred BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Proficiency with IR imaging equipment and sterile technique Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures Operate imaging equipment to aid physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols Document procedures and patient information accurately in EMR Collaborate with radiologists and nursing staff for optimal patient outcomes
