Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
  • Collect and analyze data on client behavior to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavioral strategies at home and in community settings.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions.
Experience:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a PA Behavior Specialist License or Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related program and PA Behavior Specialist License
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to adapt interventions based on individual needs and progress.
