Skills & Experience:

Current RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology nursing experience preferred Strong assessment, planning, and implementation skills Proficiency in caring for patients undergoing multiple imaging procedures Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and monitor patients, assisting physicians as needed Develop, implement, and document individualized nursing plans Conduct comprehensive, age and disease-specific assessments Initiate and perform therapeutic nursing interventions Advocate for and support evidence-based, patient-centric care Educate patients and families, sensitive to cultural and individual needs
