Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (specific schedule provided during interview process)
Role Responsibilities:
Perform interventional radiology procedures with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring optimal image quality. Prepare patients for imaging, providing clear explanations, compassionate care, and support throughout procedures. Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment, following strict safety and infection control standards. Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members. Document procedures, patient histories, and results promptly and accurately. Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all supplies are well-stocked.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
ARRT certification and current state licensure (or eligibility). Prior experience as an IR Tech preferred; strong recent imaging background required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced hospital settings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
