This Radiology/Interventional Tech role welcomes you to a specialized team performing a variety of procedures including Y90, prostate embolism, tunneled catheter placement, thoracentesis, and paracentesis. With NEURO procedure experience highly valued, this assignment is perfect for those eager to expand their IR expertise and adapt to fast-paced, innovative healthcare environments. The facility's use of Philips IR Table technology and Meditech documentation provides further opportunities to widen your technical skillset, collaborate closely with skilled team members, and learn new approaches to high-level patient care.
Schedule:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shift On-call requirement of 1 week per month
Qualifications:
ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) certification required BLS and ACLS certifications needed Prior Neuro IR experience strongly preferred Adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced units; able to work independently and as part of a team Prior travel experience a plus, but not required
Role Responsibilities:
Perform specialized interventional radiology procedures as ordered Operate Philips IR equipment and document procedures using Meditech Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team Maintain high standards of safety and patient care
