Travel assignment Hours may vary to suit departmental needs
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
ARRT certification in Radiography, with IR modality experience required Valid state radiologic technologist license (or eligibility to obtain) Proven competency in interventional radiology procedures Solid patient care and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Prior travel or acute hospital experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a range of interventional imaging procedures with a focus on quality and patient safety Operate imaging equipment, ensuring optimal imaging results during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff Prepare and position patients for procedures, providing clear instructions and reassurance Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and uphold infection control standards Respond effectively in emergency situations as part of a collaborative team
