Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and compliant care delivery. Meet and exceed individual targets while maintaining quality standards. Ensure on-site safety protocols and patient privacy are upheld at all times. Coordinate on-site labor and delivery activities to ensure timely patient support. Utilize pipeline data to forecast potential opportunities and plan workload. Identify process improvements to boost efficiency in delivery-related tasks.
