Project Manager Position Overview Pro-Mow Lawn Care & Landscaping is hiring a Travel Lawn Restoration Crew to repair damage to lawns and right of ways from utility installation. This is a hands-on, field-based role for individuals who are comfortable working in outdoor environments and traveling for extended periods. Schedule Monday - Thursday, typically 7 AM - 5:30 PM (weather dependent) Occasional Fridays as needed Travel required What You'll Be Doing Level & regrade areas to prep for seeding & site restoration Fix ruts and install top soil when needed to get the final grade up to standard Operate equipment including tractor with tiller & soil pulverizer, mini skid with soil pulverizer, spreaders, and hand tools Set up and maintain traffic control zones (signage, cones, etc.) Assist team members and support project deadlines as needed Equipment & Maintenance Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of trucks, trailers, and equipment (interior & exterior) Perform daily fueling of vehicle & equipment, weekly equipment maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently Complete pre-trip inspections before operating equipment Keep all tools and equipment in safe, working condition Qualifications Must be 18+ years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to travel from Monday-Friday Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain/wet conditions) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass background check and drug screen Safety & PPE Requirements Safety is a core value at Pro-Mow. Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
