Job Description

Category Imaging - Mammography Job Type Travel Experience all that Glen Allen, VA has to offer while advancing your career in a vibrant healthcare setting! This travel position in a renowned breast diagnostic center brings together cutting-edge technology, an award-winning team, and the unique charm of the Richmond area. You'll be based in a facility equipped with advanced Hologic mammography units, including contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM), and will gain valuable exposure to leading documentation and patient management systems like Penrad, Sectra, Ambry, and Expanse. Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
shifts starting between 7:30-8:00 am and ending by 4:00-4:30 pm Half-day Saturday shift every 3-4 months
Qualifications:
ARRT certification in Mammography required Current BCLS certification Proven ability to work independently with screenings and diagnostic exams Strong teamwork and patient care skills
Key Responsibilities:
Independently perform both screening and diagnostic mammography exams Utilize Hologic mammography equipment and document findings in Penrad, Sectra, Ambry, and Expanse systems Deliver compassionate care while maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort Coordinate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
