Schedule/Hours:

Travel role with flexible scheduling. May include float assignments to other departments and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Current, active RN license in good standing. Demonstrated skills and experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing. Proficient in independent nursing functions and delegated medical activities as directed by the Board of Nursing. Strong assessment, health teaching, and documentation capabilities. Excellent communication and adaptability to varying environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care. Perform health teaching, counseling, therapy, and supportive treatments for patients directly or indirectly. Execute delegated medical functions and provide ongoing documentation consistent with facility and regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, refer patients as appropriate, monitor and adjust individual treatment plans. Uphold the facility's mission and values in all service interactions. Float to departments as skillset allows and participate in on-call coverage as needed.
