Schedule/Hours:
12-hour shifts: 6:45am-7:15pm or 6:45pm-7:15am Weekend rotation: Every other weekend Holiday coverage: 75% of holidays Up to 6 days of approved time off (excluding holidays)Qualifications:
Active RN license with at least 18 months Med/Surg Telemetry experience CurrentBLS, ACLS, NIHSS
certifications Proficient in starting PIVs, NG tube and chest tube management, surgical drain care, cardiac rhythm interpretation, plus non-titratable cardiac dripsResponsibilities:
Care for a spectrum of patient conditions including heart failure, chest pain, COPD, post-cardiac cath, and medical overflow Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4-6, with flexibility during surge periods Collaborate with CNAs, IV/VAT team, and support staff Floating to other facilities within the region per staffing needsBenefits and Perks:
