Schedule/Hours:

Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM 36 hours per week 13-week assignment Every other weekend: either Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night No on-call requirements Floating to other units as needed

Qualifications:

Current RN license, eligible to practice in Kansas Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience preferred; oncology experience highly valued BLS certification (required), additional advanced certifications a plus Strong communication and assessment skills Comfortable with floating among departments for optimal patient care

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical oncology patients Perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and advocate for patient needs Respond efficiently to changes in patient condition and ensure meticulous documentation
