Schedule/Hours:

Variable 12-hour shifts (facility may utilize up to three "call off" shifts per 13-week assignment)

Qualifications:

Current, active California RN license (required) Minimum of 1 year of recent med-surg experience Cerner EMR experience (required) ACLS and PALS certifications (required) Pediatric (non-critical) care experience preferred Willingness to float between Med Surg and Skilled Nursing units

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a med-surg environment Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care plans Care for pediatric (non-critical) patients as needed Flexibly float to the skilled nursing department Document accurately in Cerner EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
