Schedule/Hours:

36 guaranteed hours per week 12-hour night shifts (5:30 pm start), every weekend 13-week contract, starting ASAP Holiday shifts as needed; no on-call required Floating throughout the facility and within a 60-mile radius, based on skillset

Qualifications:

Active WI RN license and current AHA BLS certification Minimum 3 years recent RN experience, with at least 1 previous travel assignment Recent experience with EPIC charting (within the last year) Proficient handling Med/Surg, caring for COVID patients Skilled in pre/post cath, managing post pacemaker cases, and TR bands (required) Willingness to float as needed; adaptability and strong communication required Energetic, resilient, and thrives in change Social, collaborative approach to care delivery Must wear black scrubs

Key Responsibilities:

Care for diverse medical/surgical populations with a 1:5-6 nurse-patient ratio, supported by LPN/CNA as appropriate Flex assignments based on acuity, including rare pediatric cases Deliver exceptional patient care and collaborate well with your team
