Schedule/Hours:
12-hour day shifts Every weekend required: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (5:30 am start times) 13-week contract 36 guaranteed hours per week (except holidays)Qualifications:
Active WI RN license, AHA BLS, and NIHSS certifications Minimum 3+ years recent RN experience (required) At least 2 years medical/surgical and 1 completed travel assignment (required) EPIC charting experience within the past 2 years Proven neuro and ortho trauma background Social, adaptable, and resilient; skilled at managing change Not eligible if residing within 50-mile radiusResponsibilities:
Deliver expert care to trauma surgical, neuro, and orthopedic patients (1:5 ratio) Float throughout the facility and to associated locations within a 60-mile radius as needed Perform specialized post-op neuro and ortho trauma surgery care Manage advanced interventions, including chest tubes, PCA/epidural, and more Adhere strictly to established clinical protocolsBenefits & Perks:
