Key Qualifications:

2+ years of recent Med-Surg nursing experience Previous travel nursing experience required Active NY RN license (verified via NURSYS) and any other active RN licenses Current AHA BLS certification EMR experience with EPIC Drivers license with matching demographic address Up-to-date resume and nursing skills checklist for this specialty Willingness to float as needed Ability to work with adult patients recovering from post-surgical care Local candidates welcome (less than 75 miles)

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to a primarily adult patient population Care for patients recovering from abdominal and bariatric surgeries, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic pain Monitor and manage IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes Collaborate across teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Maintain compliance with all documentation and regulatory requirements
