The opportunity to float within the discipline allows for dynamic day-to-day experiences and enhances adaptability—skills highly prized in modern healthcare environments.
Schedule/Hours:
Orientation dates available from May through November 2026 for seamless onboarding Typical assignments of 36-48 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as needed Summer holiday coverage: expected to work 1-2 of 3 major holidaysKey Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license (RN-MS experience required) Proficiency inEPIC EMR
Ability to float within the medical-surgical discipline as needed Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environmentPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver and coordinate patient-centered medical-surgical nursing care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes Accurately document clinical information usingEPIC EMR
