This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment renowned for quality patient care. The role demands adaptability and a proactive approach as you'll float throughout the facility and occasionally to locations within a 60-mile radius—expanding your knowledge and developing essential skills for future roles. Exposure to both standard Med/Surg cases and specialized care scenarios such as post-cath, pacemaker, and TR bands will strengthen your resume and set you apart in your nursing career.
